Fine Print BCL teamed up with Reform Alliance, Meek Mill, Van Jones, & Philadelphia 76er's owner Mike Rubin and PA. State Rep. Jordan Harris to introduce an unprecedented new bill into legislation that will reform the Pennsylvania Probation and Parole System.
